Sculpture is at the heart of creating model based special effects and three dimensional makeup’s. Different mediums can be used to suit different purposes, from clays and waxes to stones and wood.

Also more and more sculpting is created from Urethane foams to create huge set pieces for show’s like Doctor Who and films like Harry Potter.
Small scale, highly detailed models are also sculpted and cast in resins to be used as reference, or to be scanned into a computer to create fantastical animated CGI creatures for television and film.
